Q. My log in isn't working, what should I do ?

A. From the main welcome screen, choose the login button in the top right hand corner, and select  "Forgot Your Password". Fill in your registered email address and select "Send Password". Our system will generate a new password and email it to you, normally with a few minutes. You need to ensure that this email is not being blocked by spam filters. Please note, your new password may contain a combination of upper and lowercase letters along with numbers. This new password is now permanent, unless you change it from "Your Account" link. If you are still having problems gaining access, then please email us. Our technical team aim to call you back within 2 working hours. They will need to ask you a series of security questions. Once they are satisfied that this is your account, they will reset your password.

Q. How long before I receive my order ?

A. Orders placed before 3pm, will normally leave our warehouse the same day. We aim for a next working day delivery, however we cannot always guarantee one. More remote areas take approximately 48 hours.

Q. Do you deliver to Eire ?

A. No. Unfortunately due to increased carriage charges we can no longer deliver to Eire.

Q. Do you accept other forms of payment ?

A. To make ordering simple, we much prefer electronic payments, however, we will accept payment via personal cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Beal UK Ltd" and allow at least 3 banking days for clearance.

Q. Will I have a receipt ?

A. A Vat receipt will be included with your goods, however, if you've misplaced it or require another, then you can obtian one by logging into your account on our web site and view your order history. All previous orders can be accessed from there

Q. Do you provide a timed or Saturday delivery ?

A. Timed and Saturday deliveries are now available via the homepage, under the heading "Timed Deliveries". These must be added to your basket before checkout. Please note that timed deliveries are considerably more expensive than a standard delivery.

Our normal operating hours are Mon - Fri 09:00 - 16:00.
Orders received after 15:00 may miss the despatch run.
If your order is getting close to, or has exceeded this time, please contact us before choosing this option.

 

 

Q. Why can't I find a contact telephone number ?

A. In this modern age, alternative forms of communication are more cost effective than telephone. Cable Ties Online has built it's reputation as being an internet company through and through. So in order to keep our prices lower than all of our competitors, we also have to keep our costs to a minimum. Being an internet company means have no requirement to install expensive call centre equipment or employ call centre staff waiting to answer telephone calls. We do however, offer a "Call Back" service. If you cannot resolve your question via this FAQ or email, then please feel free to request a call back. We aim to call you back, within 2 working hours.
