Q. My log in isn't working, what should I do ?

A. If you have forgotten your password, then an automated password request is by far the quickest method of requesting a new one.

Automated password resets should take no more than a few minutes, and are usually delivered to your mailbox within 60 seconds.

Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail users will experience problems when requesting a password reset.

To enable a password reset to these accounts, you will need to add ""  to your Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail safe senders list,
Without this, your new password will be probably be dropped by these service providers which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Using the login link at the top of the page, then use the 'Forgotten your Password' link

If all else fails, please send us an email request, we aim to respond within 1 hour (Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00) 


Q. How long before I receive my order ?

A. Orders placed before 3pm, will normally leave our warehouse the same day. We aim for a next working day delivery, however we cannot always guarantee one. More remote areas take approximately 48 hours.

Q. Do you deliver to Eire ?

A. Yes at the current time, we have no restrictions delivering to Eire.

Q. Do you accept other forms of payment ?

A. To make ordering simple, we much prefer electronic payments, however, we will accept payment via personal cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Beal UK Ltd" and allow at least 3 banking days for clearance.

Q. Will I have a receipt ?

A. A Vat receipt will be included with your goods, or via email when your order has been processed. However, if you've misplaced it or require another, then you can obtain one by logging into your account on our web site and view your order history. All previous orders can be accessed from there.

Q. Do you provide a timed or Saturday delivery ?

A. Timed and Saturday deliveries are available via the cart, under the heading "Timed Deliveries". These must be added to your basket before checkout. Please note that timed deliveries are considerably more expensive than a standard delivery. By choosing a timed delivery, you are expressing a preference to have a single box delivered. If your order consists of multiple boxes then we reserve the right to hold your order and contact you to discuss the options.

Our normal operating hours are Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00.
Orders received after 15:00 may miss the days despatch run.
If your order is getting close to, or has exceeded 3pm, please contact us before choosing this option.


Q. Can I call you  ?

A. In this modern age, alternative forms of communication are more cost effective than telephone.If your enquiry is urgent and  really need to speak to someone, then call us on 0113 201 2563.
